Today I want to share with you about the Healthy Family Movement Group. This is the great group for you guys to join. Everybody want to be healthy... even though I am a nurse and I get paid when somebody get sick (LOL), but I want everybody to get healthy too!! So you guys not give a germ to me (just kidding :-P) ... Anyway.. in Healthy Families they teach you everything and anything how to get healthy from the way to prepare your food, how to exercise, etc...
Do you know that you can get good 30 minute exercise while you watch your 1 hours favorite TV show??? You don't believe me?? Imagine if you do sit-up or jump rope or just run around from the kitchen table to the sofa every time they show the commercial... by the end the show, you finish your 30 minute exercise :-D !!!
In Healthy Families, they also teach me how we have to eat every 3 hours (I already told you that on my HOME PAGE) ... And they will have "8 weeks Challenge" which for me and my boyfriend, we will start next month (Oct 6,2014). For him, he want to lose weight but me, I want to start to eat healthy ... if I'm losing weight... it's good too :-)
So they have the shake (Ewww SHAKE !!!) I know huh! That's what my mom said... but this shake is NOT to replace your meal. This shake will ADD your meal. So you will have breakfast - Shake - Lunch - (shake+cleanse) - Dinner ..... (Yayyy more food !!!) :-D And for the first week when they do detox, you don't need to exercise.
The second week until 8th week, we need to exercise 5 days/week but again, you don't need to exercise the hardcore exercise or sign up to the gym, you can just watch your 2 hours TV show/day. and do jump rope on commercial break on M-W-F .... sit-up on Tues-Thurs... and you are done :-) ... It simple ...
