Actually I don't really want to talk about this because it's my own disease but I see that a lot of people also suffer with this so I decide to open up about this.
I suffer of chronic migraine since I was junior high school. Back then I thought it just only a headache. But migraine is different. It only attack one side on your head.
What is migraine actually?
I found migraine as a recurrent throbbing headache that typically affects one side of the head and is often accompanied by nausea and disturbed vision.
Migraine also attack more than 12% people in USA where most common in women than men.
What's cause migraine? Nobody knows.
What's trigger migraine?
My neurologist explain to me that like a straw, our vessel suppose to be straight, normal for the blood to flow... When the migraine happen, the vessel become enlarge and the nerve in the vessel become stretch that's why we get migraine... Why it happens? Nobody knows....
What the best things to treat it? The best vaso constriction is caffein (coffee) but for me, coffee won't do anything for my migraine. The one that I don't know is that caffeine also the enemy for all migraine medication!
So start tomorrow I have to try to stop drinking coffee. And if you know me, I am addicted to coffee... Back in 2010 I even went to ER due to coffee withdrawal. So wish me luck. I will keep you guys posted day by day.
