Since I was diagnose with the bipolar disorder, my doctor want me to do yoga at least 3-4 times/week. So I look it up online. Some of you probably surprise why I really open about my disease. When the first time I found out about that I was ashamed and scare if nobody want to talk to me anymore or maybe it will ruin my relationship. But again only me can decide if I want to be happy or not. And I decide to be open with it. The people who are scare to be with me because of who I am, the are not worth it to be with me.
So anyway, let's back to the Yoga .... After I look it up online, I found about the Womb Yoga. What is the Womb Yoga? Womb Yoga is the yoga to nourish every aspect of our lives as women, whether we have a womb or not, whether we menstruate, or not, and whether we are mothers, maidens, enchantresses or crones.
