Last week I told you about Doreen, she's the founder of WIN (Women In Network). Yesterday I met her again and I learn a lot from her. She is such an AMAZING woman!! Her knowledge about nutrition and wellness incomparable. She partner with Marc MacDonald who also the wellness teacher to teach people how to get healthy.
The one thing that I will always remember is "DON't ever skip your MEAL!!" Your body need food every 3 hours. If your body don't get food in 3 hours, it will store fat, that's why a lot of people who's been on diet, they failed :-( DUH!!!
And me <---- (this girl always skip meal because I don't want to get fat LOL)
So ladies... and gentlemen ... please don't skip meal!! Try to eat (not a big meal!!) every 3 hours..!!
