6 minute to Skinny
So.... I bought the book "6 minute to skinny" (ya.. I know it's impossible but who knows...) anyway... let's see...
After I read the book, yada... yada...yada... (by the way the introduction is sooooo longgggg.... ughhh)
The conclusion is 6 minutes = 4 minute exercise + 2 minutes makes a shake to drink (DUH!!)
so 4 minute exercise and 2 minute make the shakes (and drink it of course) do it every morning lunch and dinner they give the nutrition book as a guidance.

Wanna know more? Ask me ;-) ... I think I will try it next week... I'm ok with the exercise but I'm not really a shake drinker so I don't know about that and he said that the shake the one that help to burn the fat... Well.... I dunno....
