This was my first experience travel to Missouri. I went to St.Louis to attend the Women Conference which I will share to you guys on my other post.
In this post, I want to share about my experience about this city. What I love about this city? I think I pretty much love everything. I like the people in here, they all are nice people. Everywhere I go, people always smile at you. At the road, the driver really polite... When I turn the signal to go to the right or left, they actually give me a way to go (I was so surprise!!) compare to California when I turn the signal, the driver will full speed and won't give you a way at all (ugh).
When I was in St.Louis, it was raining and cold for 2 days. But it didn't ruin my fun. I still found some cool spot especially in downtown where there's a lot of old buildings and some interesting statue for me to explore.
Like this statue, I'm not sure, what is this suppose to mean but I like the way it looks like.
I hope there's somebody from St.Louis read my blog and can explain to me what it is. I will really appreciate it. :)
Like you see, I took this picture when I was waiting for the red light :P ...
This is the Court House I believe. I love how they still keep the originality of the building. Keep it clean and vintage.
And that's me in front of The Dome at Americana where the Women Conference are. Even though I only spend 4 days at St.Louis, I really enjoyed my stay here and I can't wait to come back again next year with my mom.
Yeah.. It was Christmas time when I went to Singapore. Why I wait that long to post it on my blog? I don't have any idea :( ... So this is my second part of my Singapore blog. In this part I want to share with you about my experience at the TrickEye Museum and Merlion. And off course my toys hunting at Orchard road.
TrickEye Museum is the museum where you can pose at different angle that can trick your eye. Me and Han visited this museum and had so much fun. Here you go... :D
After we have fun at there museum we went to the Merlion .... There's no Singapore visit if we not going to Merlion. Lion = Singa City = Pura. That is why the name of the country is Singa-Pura (I guess LOL)
Anyway... I was watching the movie about the prince that protect the Singapura also but I forget the story, I only remember about the Lion = Singa and City = Pura. That's it. I think I need to do some research. And this are some pictures of the Merlion Museum / statue.
Now time to hunting my TOYS!!! You all knows that I love anime! I love Hello Kitty! I love Gundam! I love all Star Wars! I know... I know... I need to grow up.. Hmm... but I don't have kids.. So I guess I can still do what I want right? :D
Let's hunting.... B)
This is my story when I was travel to Singapore last year. I know... I know... It was long long time ago.... December last year... (I'm sorry I was so lazy to blog T_T) I dunno why I just sooooo meh...
But now I'm OK :D ... I'm up!!
So this is my story... Last year I went to Singapore with my big brother, Han and my sister, Vica and my nephew, Caleb. We went to Sentosa Island, Orchard road, the Gardens by the bay or something. I feel like I lost 50 lbs at that time because what we did just walking, take train , walking, take train everyday... OMG!! But it was fun! I need it. :D
Singapore is the small country but it really rich country. It used to be really clean but I guess now due to a lot of tourist this country is not as clean as it used to be anymore. It sad T_T ...
I had a chance to met my former high school classmate, Danny who live at this country now.
That's Danny, Han, and Me
Now let's talk about the place that I visit in Singapore.
Gardens at the bay have different gardens from different countries. I took pictures of every country so you will know what the different and what kind of plants that they have on every country. If you love gardening, you must love to visit this place.
For all my Indonesian friends and readers, I believe you guys must be remember who is he...
Yeah ... He is Doraemon!! He was always company us every Sunday morning on the Television with Nobita, Giant, Suneo, and Sizuka. He loves Dorayaki.
So when I traveled to Japan, I had chance to visit his museum. Do you guys still remember the song?
" Aku ingin begini.. Aku ingin begitu... ingin ini ingin itu bantak sekali... semua semua semua dapat di kabulkan...dengan kantong ajaib.. la la la aku sayang sekali Doraemon"
OMG! I miss my childhood so much T_T .....
So at this museum I learn what and where and how Mr. Fujiko Fujio created not only Doraemon but also P-Man and other characters. He was a genius. I am so glad that he create all of this characters and bring this imagination to us and me especially. I remember that I used to dream about Doraemon's door. For you who doesn't know about this door, I will tell you now that this door will send you to wherever place that you please :) isn't that amazing?
In this museum, they also have the playground where kids can play with Doraemon and other characters statues, the restaurant, gift shops, and movie theater which we can't take a picture of it. I am so glad that I have chance to visit this place and learn about Mr. Fujio's life.
Doraemon teach us how to think fast and not to be scare of the bully (Giant is a bully). Even though Doraemon always help Nobita with all his stuff from his magic pocket but mostly Nobita did it good by himself at the end.
I will not talk a lot about DisneySea Japan... I will share some picture in here, Ok... I hope you can enjoy it. I really enjoy my visit there and I would like to come back. SERIOUSLY!!!
The MOST thing that I really amazed was even though it crowded and full, but the line always well-organized. And you better believed when they said there's no "park hopper" between DisneySea and Disneyland because there's NOWAY you can "park hopper" in one day LOL.
Enjoy, Guys!!! Love you!!
